The map data on this site, which includes hazardous areas, landmarks, and boundaries of administrative districts, is a rough approximation for public use and may contain errors.
The data used to show the hazardous areas on this site is made up of forecasts based on specific conditions. In an actual disaster the levels may exceed assumptions made here.
The maps and map contents displayed in the background of this site meet the terms and conditions for use as specified by each location. The map contents are not an official indicator of land use or land boundaries.
Aerial photographs used on this site were taken by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI). The terms and conditions of their use are based on GSI's own terms and conditions for use.

＜Terms and Conditions for Map Use＞
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the map data ("Data") provided by this website. The following is an agreement between the user ("User") and Ritto City regarding the use of Data. Data may only be used if the User agrees to all of the following terms and conditions. By using the Data, the User agrees to be bound by this agreement.

Article 1 (Copyright and License of Data)
1. The copyright of the Data belongs to Zenrin Co., Ltd. or a third party who grants the right to use the Data.
2. Ritto City grants the following rights to the User of the Data within the scope of private use as stipulated in the Copyright Law. The User does not acquire any other rights to the data.
(1) To view the data displayed on this site using a Web browser.
(2) To print out the Data displayed on the site on paper media (the Data printed out in accordance with this item is hereinafter referred to as a "Reproduction”).

Article 2 (Compliance)
Users shall comply with the following.
(1) Except as expressly permitted in the preceding Article, to not reproduce (including printing), transcribe, extract, process, alter, adapt, transmit or otherwise use the Data, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever.
(2) To not allow any third party to use the Data (including reproduction, output, extraction, or other use of all or part of the Data), regardless of whether it is paid for or free of charge, and regardless of whether it is transferred, licensed, transmitted, or used in any other way.

Article 3 (Warranty)
The User acknowledges that the data may not always meet the User's purpose of use or requirements, that not all Data is accurate or complete, and that Ritto City is not liable to replace, repair, refund, or otherwise take responsibility for the Data in the event of any of the aforementioned.

Article 4 (Stoppage of this Website, etc.)
1. Ritto City may temporarily suspend all or part of the service when performing periodic maintenance and inspection of this website.
2. Ritto City may temporarily suspend all or part of the operation of this website without prior notice to the User in any of the following cases.
(1) In cases of emergency maintenance or inspection of this website.
(2) When the operation of this website becomes impossible due to an accident such as fire or power failure, natural disasters such as earthquake or flood, war, riot, labor dispute, etc.
(3) When Ritto City deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the operation of the website for operational or technical reasons.
(4) When the operation of this website becomes impossible due to an issue, problem, etc.
3. Ritto City may terminate the operation of this website at its discretion.

Article 5 (General Terms of Use)
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, and makes no reference to any law that infringes upon said laws.

Article 6 (Language)
The Terms of Use will be created and executed in both Japanese and English languages.
In case of any inconsistency between the Japanese and the English versions, the Japanese shall take precedence.

<Information on Landslide Disasters>
Special Landslide Warning Areas and Landslide Warning Areas are areas designated by Shiga Prefecture as zones where there is a risk of harm to residents in the event of damage from a landslide disaster, based on the "Act on Sediment Disaster Countermeasures for Sediment Disaster Prone Areas" (commonly known as the Landslide Disaster Prevention Act).
Landslide Danger Zones are areas where there is a risk of damage from landslides, which are surveyed and published by Shiga Prefecture.

＜Information on Floods＞
Flood Inundation Areas are designated by Shiga Prefecture because of the extent and depth of inundation that could be expected in the event of rainfall-caused river flooding for each river, and are based on Japan’s Flood Prevention Act. The inundation depths indicated on this site are colored independently by Ritto City.
The Safety Level Map of the land areas was created by Shiga Prefecture in accordance with Article 8 of the Shiga Prefecture Ordinance on the Promotion of Watershed Flood Control. The purpose is to publicize flood risks in each land area which would otherwise be difficult to analyze using only the Flood Inundation Danger Zone Map.
Flood Inundation Danger Zones and Safety Level Maps for land areas are provided by Shiga Prefecture based on inundation depths and other factors calculated according to specific conditions. In the event of heavy rainfall that exceeds the calculated conditions or due to events that may occur outside of calculated conditions, greater damage or differing inundation depths may occur.

＜Other＞
Because of how the system works, it is not advisable to judge each household/location’s situation based solely on the information in the Ritto City Online Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Map. In cases of the "Important Matters Explanation" for real estate transactions or similar, be sure to consult the Shiga Prefectural Government who designates danger zones and others.

本サイトにより提供される地図データ（「データ」）のご利用前に、以下の規約を必ずお読み下さい。以下の規約は、本サイトの利用者（「利用者」）と栗東市とのデータの利用に関する契約の条件となります。本規約すべてにご同意いただけた場合のみデータをご利用下さい。データを利用された場合は本規約にご同意いただいたものとします。

第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
２．栗東市は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。

第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1)前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。
(2)有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わず、データ（その全部又は一部の複製物、出力物、抽出物その他利用物を含む）を第三者に利用させないこと。

第３条（保　証）
利用者は、データは必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなくまたすべてが正確かつ完全ではないこと及び栗東市はこれらがあってもデータの交換・修補・代金返還その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。

第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．栗東市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．栗東市は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 栗東市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．栗東市は、栗東市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

第５条（一般条件）
利用規約は、日本の法律に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとしますが、法の抵触に関する原則を参照するものではありません。

第６条（言語）
この利用規約は、日本語で作成および実行されるものとします。


＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害特別警戒区域及び土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、土砂災害により被害が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として滋賀県が指定する区域です。
●土砂災害危険個所は、土砂災害により被害が発生する危険性がある場所を滋賀県が調査し、公表されているものです。

＜洪水に関する情報＞
●洪水浸水想定区域は、水防法に基づき各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを滋賀県が指定した区域です。なお、本サイトで表示している浸水深については栗東市が独自に着色しています。
●地先の安全度マップは、滋賀県独自の取り組みとして滋賀県流域治水の推進に関する条例第８条に基づき、洪水浸水想定区域図だけでは解析困難な地先の水害リスクを周知するために公表されているものです。
●洪水浸水想定区域、地先の安全度マップは、一定の計算条件に基づいて算出した浸水深などを滋賀県が提供しているものです。計算条件以上の大雨による氾濫や解析条件で考慮できなかった事項の影響により、公表している浸水深などについて、より大きな被害が発生する場合や、異なる浸水深となる場合があります。

＜その他＞
●システムの性質上「栗東市WEB版総合防災マップ」の情報だけで、各家屋等の状況を判断することは適切ではありません。不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」については警戒区域等を指定する滋賀県に詳細な内容を必ず確認してください。
